Example Modular Programme

Here is a possible example of a modular management development programme spanning 6 months. Every month there is a learning module of between 1 to 3 days. The programme covers a range of essential skills that will help managers to increase their own personal effectiveness and achieve results through other people. The modules use a variety of teaching methods to meet all learning styles including experiential learning games, personality and behavioural profiling, 360 degree feedback, video case studies, skills practice, syndicate group work, videos, and group discussions.
